With all the rain the east coast has had over the last 12 months there has been an increase in termite activity.

So what are my treatment options if I have termites?

Termite Baiting

The main treatment most commonly used is Termite baiting which covers feeding Termites with a unique bait that has an insect growth regulator which is slow acting and has the time to transfer back to the queen.

After Colony control has been achieved it is recommended to have a liquid chemical barrier installed or a Termite monitoring system installed.

Termite Chemical Liquid Barriers

Chemical liquid treatments are applied by treating the soil around the edge of the property using a non-repellent Termiticide.

Termite Monitoring System

A Termite monitoring system is stationed and is installed into the ground around the edge of the property which has an active termite rod inside of them so foraging termites will come across these rods and consume the bait and die from this.
